Terms of Use (Customer Support & Concierge)

Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms and Conditions set out the conditions of use for the customer support and concierge services (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided by our company in conjunction with the inbound SIM service. Article 2 (Definitions) “User” refers to any individual or legal entity using the Service. “Customer Support” refers to support concerning SIM usage methods, communication issues, configuration assistance, etc. “Concierge Service” refers to information provision services including tourist guidance, transport information, restaurant introductions, and reservation assistance. Article 3 (Service Content)
Customer Support provides technical assistance regarding SIM usage.

  1. The concierge service provides information to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable stay. This includes reservation assistance for services such as restaurant bookings where no purchase is required, but does not include purchasing on behalf of guests or providing guarantees.
  2. This service is intended for use within Japan as a general rule. Article 4 (Terms of Use)
  3. The “Customer Support” service is available only to users utilising our designated SIM card.
  4. Use of “Customer Support” may require identity verification and presentation of SIM contract information. Article 5 (Prohibited Acts) Users shall not engage in the following acts when using this Service. Should any of these prohibited acts be violated, the Company may suspend service use, terminate the contract, or take other necessary measures.
  5. Acts contrary to laws or public order and morals  Examples: fraud, defamation, threats, discriminatory remarks, use of obscene expressions, etc.
  6. Acts infringing the rights or interests of our company or third parties  Examples: infringement of copyright, trademark rights, portrait rights, or privacy rights
  7. Providing false information  Example: Use of a false name, enquiries using another person’s contract details
  8. Unauthorised use of SIM cards or use for resale purposes  Examples: Transfer to non-contract holders, fraudulent acquisition of multiple lines
  9. Disruptive behaviour or excessive demands towards support staff  Examples: abusive language, intimidating behaviour, unreasonable demands for prolonged assistance
  10. Misuse of the Concierge Service  Examples: Transfer to non-contract holders, false requests, or other requests deemed malicious
  11. Acts that interfere with the operation of the service  Examples: Unauthorised access to the system; continuous enquiries intended to disrupt the service
  12. Impersonating another user or third party  Examples: Falsifying identity verification, using another person’s account
  13. Unauthorised reproduction, duplication, modification or sale of the content of this service  Example: Reusing the provided information for commercial purposes
  14. Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company Article 6 (Disclaimer)
  15. We do not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness or completeness of the information provided.
  16. We shall not be liable for any disputes arising between third parties (such as shops or facilities) and our concierge service.
  17. We shall not be liable for any interruption or delay in service provision due to communication failures, natural disasters, system failures, or similar circumstances. Article 7 (Service Changes and Termination) We may change or terminate the content of this Service without prior notice. Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information) Users’ personal information shall be appropriately managed and utilised in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) [To be deleted] These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance. All content (including text, images, videos, audio, logos, trademarks, programmes, etc.) provided by our company through this service is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights, which belong to our company or to third parties holding legitimate rights. Users shall not reproduce, reprint, modify, distribute, publish, or otherwise use such content without our company’s permission.
  19. With respect to any content (including reviews, comments, images, etc.) posted or submitted by users through this service, the Company shall have the right to use such content free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting this service. Users shall not exercise moral rights in relation to such use.
  20. Users warrant that any content they post or submit does not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark rights, portrait rights, privacy rights or other rights. Should any dispute arise with a third party, the user shall resolve it at their own expense and liability, ensuring that no damage is caused to the Company. Article 11 (Governing Law and Court of Jurisdiction)
  21. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  22. In the event of any dispute arising between the user and our company in connection with this service, the parties shall endeavour to resolve such dispute through consultation in good faith. Should consultation fail to resolve the dispute, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance with agreed jurisdiction.
